1 Working Day Filing

Terms & Conditions

1. Client Notification:

   • Clients must explicitly inform Apicez IP at the time of order placement if they wish their filings to be processed within 1 working day. This notification is a prerequisite for eligibility under the 1-working-day filing promise.

2. Payment Confirmation:

   • The 1-working-day filing commitment is applicable only upon the confirmation of full payment for the respective order. Payment must be received and verified by Apicez IP before the countdown to the 1-working-day period begins.

3. Business Hours:

   • The 1-working-day period refers to standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia. Orders received after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

4. Incomplete Information:

   • In the event that the necessary information or documentation required for filing is incomplete or incorrect, the 1-working-day commitment will commence only once all required information is provided.

5. Scope of Services:

   • This promise applies to standard filing services such as trademark applications. It does not cover more complex filings, such as those requiring extensive searches, legal opinions, or filings in multiple jurisdictions.

6. Force Majeure:

   • Apicez IP shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill this commitment due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

7. Order Modifications:

   • Any changes or modifications to the order after payment confirmation may impact the ability to meet the 1-working-day filing promise. In such cases, a new timeline will be communicated.

8. Client Responsibilities:

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate and complete. Any delays caused by client-side issues, such as late responses or incorrect data, will exempt Apicez IP from this commitment.

9. Failure to Meet the Promise:

   • If Apicez IP fails to meet the 1-working-day filing promise due to reasons within our control, we will provide the client with a 20% discount on our professional fee for the affected order.
